Many people have a horrible understanding of what is a Biblical leader. We take our cues from the corporate world and ignore that Jesus literally washed feet (John 13) and told the future “BOSS” to do likewise. Unless you hold the office of a Deacon/Deaconess or an Elder and/or one of the Ephesians 4:11 Equipping Leaders; your life mission is simply to LEAD people to Jesus.
CEO corporate has you striving to be the BOSS. Jesus asks us to be the LEADER.
